摘要
目前在工业产品性能测试试验台的数据获取方面主要集中于有线传输途径,对无线传输在产品性能测试上的应用还较少;其中,数据通信冲突的处理以及系统鲁棒性的提高是无线传输应用的技术关键点。针对升降机试验台,提出了一种基于自定义无线传感网络协议的产品综合性能测试系统,该协议提出集权轮询法以及自适应变频滤波法以规避数据冲突以及增加数据的可靠性。测试证明该系统满足了产品测试的要求。
Currently the information from the performance test platform for industrial products is gathered by wired transmission and there aren't many applications of wireless transmission in product performance test.In this field,the key of the technology is to handle the conflict of data communication and increase the robustness of the system.Specific to the test platform of the lift,this paper proposes a combined product performance test system based on custom wireless transmission protocol.This protocol suggests the way of master-controlled polling to avoid the conflict of the data and the adaptive frequency conversion filter to increase the data reliability.The result shows that the system meets the requirement of product test.
