摘要
以数字信号处理器DSP2812用户开发板为基础,在板外扩展六通道的AD采样芯片ADS8364和512k的RAM芯片IS61LV51216-10,搭建六通道的信号调理电路及光电触发电路,结合灵活的监测策略,以求满足货车超偏载监测现场对货车行驶速度和轮载扫掠力的监测,为探究速度因子对轮载扫掠力稳态值的影响规律提供一种解决手段。
Based on the DSP2812(Digital Signal Processor,DSP) user board ICETEK-DSP2812-A,an extended six-channel AD chip ADS8364 and an extended RAM IS61LV51216-10 which storage is 512k are added to the user board.In addition,six-channel signal conditioning circuit and optical trigger circuit are built for the purpose of acquiring the wheels' speed and the wheel-scan force in the real condition with flexible monitoring strategy,and offerring a mean to inqury the law how the speed factor affects the wheel-scan force' s steady value.
