摘要
对一台75t/h煤粉锅炉进行了煤气(干馏煤气)-煤粉混合燃烧技术改造。除对煤粉燃烧器和受热面进行改造外,增加了煤气输送系统和煤气燃烧系统。在原煤粉燃烧器下方增设了6只双通道煤气燃烧器,采用六角切圆倾斜向下布置方式。实际运行中,煤气输送系统能安全可靠运行,锅炉能稳定高效燃烧,热力参数满足要求。
The technical reconstruction of multifuel combustion of coal gas ( carbonization gas) and pulverized coal is conducted in a 75 t/h pulverized coal boiler. In addition to reconstruction of pul- verized coal burners and surface heated, a coal gas transportation system and a coal gas combustion sys- tem are added. Six coal gas burners with dual passages are installed under the original pulverized coal burners and arranged in hexagonal tangential and tilted down mode. In the practical operation, the coal gas transportation system can be operated safely and reliably, the boiler can be operated stably and effectively, and the thermodynamic parameters meet the requirement.
