彩色多普勒超声在监测人工动静脉内瘘中的应用价值

The application value of color Doppler Ultrasonography in monitoring artificial arterial-venous fistula

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在监测终末期肾病患者人工动静脉瘘的价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声监测68例终末期肾病患者人工动静脉内瘘的功能。结果 68例终末期肾病患者中47例动静脉内瘘血流通畅,21例出现并发症,其中10例为动静脉内瘘血栓形成,7例动静脉内瘘狭窄,3例假性动脉瘤形成,1例出现盗血综合征。结论彩色多普勒超声在监测终末期肾病患者人工动静脉内瘘血管通路中具有重要应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the application value of color Doppler Ultrasound in monitoring the arterial-venous fistula in 68 patients with end-stage renal diseases（ESRD）.Method Color Doppler Ultrasonography was used to examine the arterial-venous fistula in 68 patients with ESRD.Results Among the 68 patients,47 patients with artificial arterial-venous fistulas were unobstructed,21 patients were found the complications.Among the 21 patients,10 were internal arteriovenous fistula thrombogenesis,7 were internal arteriovenous fistula stenosis,3 were pseudoaneurysm,and 1 appeared steal syndrome.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is of the important application value for patients with ESRD in monitoring the vascular access of artificial arterial-venous fistula.
