摘要 目的探讨急性膝关节软骨损伤的MRI诊断价值。方法回顾性分析63例(63个膝)急性膝关节软骨损伤患者的MRI资料,48例关节镜证实,15例手术证实。采用Recht软骨损伤分级法进行诊断。结果 63例发现69处软骨损伤,以青年人(平均年龄29.5岁)膝部非接触性损伤为多(77.8%),好发于股骨内髁或胫骨内侧平台(共45处)。结论 MRI能够直接显示关节软骨损伤的程度。 Objective To explore the value of MRI diagnosis in acute knee cartilage injury.Methods MRI data of qualified 63 patients(63 knees) with acute articular cartilage injury were retrospectively analyzed.48 cases arthroscopic and 15 cases surgery were confirmed,Using Recht's cartilage injury classification method for the diagnosis.Results It was discovered that 69 cartilage damages in 63 cases,and most of them were young people(average age 29.5 years old,77.8%).Injury sites mainly in the medial femoral condyle or medial tibial plateau(a total of 45).Conclusion MRI can directly demonstrate the articular cartilage injury degree.
