《欧盟木材及木制品规例》对中国木制品出口的影响与对策

The Affect and Strategy of China’s Wood Products Export to "EU Regulation of Wood and Wood Products"

近年来,随着自由贸易加速和中国木材加工业的发展,中国木制品出口贸易以较快的速度增长。针对中国木制品出口规模与出口对象不断扩大的情况,许多进口国纷纷出台了相关政策,利用贸易壁垒来制约中国木制品的出口,而《欧盟木材及木制品规例》正是其中之一。文章针对《欧盟木材及木制品规例》的出台,结合中国木制品出口的现状,分析此项规例对中国木制品出口的消极和积极影响,并提出应对《欧盟木材及木制品规例》的对策建议,以促进中国木制品出口贸易和木制品生产的稳定增长及可持续发展。

In recent years,with the acceleration of free trade and the development of China＇s timber processing industry,China＇s wood products exports much faster.The scale of China＇s wood products export enlarges and the export target expands,therefore many importing countries have introduced policies and use the trade barriers to restrict the export of wood products in China and The ＂EU Regulation of wood and wood products＂ is one of these policies.Contrary to ＂EU Regulation of wood and wood products＂,this thesis combines the status of China＇＇s wood products export,analyzes the influence of the Regulation on the export of wood products in China and finally proposes the strategy,which will protects the interests of all parties of China＇s exports of wood products.
