摘要
仿真培训系统是目前化工生产中重要的培训方式之一。在尿素合成反应中,由于甲铵在低压条件下极易分解,针对测量技术无法在高压条件下直接取样分析,无法获得甲铵含量具体数据,对动态机理模型的开发带来难度。以二氧化碳汽提法尿素生产装置设计数据和生产数据为基础,为解决以上问题,利用机理模型建立尿素生产装置全流程仿真培训系统。经动态仿真测试,仿真结果的各项参数指标和生产装置设计数据的相对误差控制在5%以内,能够真实反映实际生产的开车、运行、停车和故障处理等动态响应过程,具有较高的培训价值。
Operator Training Simulator is an important way for training in chemical production.In urea synthesis reaction,since the ammonium carbamate is easy to decompose under low pressure condition,samples can not be obtained and analysized under high pressure condition with current measurement techniques.Thus the detail content data of ammonium carbamate can not be obtained,which brought difficulties to dynamic mechanic model development.Based on the design and production data of real urea plant using carbon dioxide stripping process,adopting reasonable assumptions to solve questions mentioned above,the full flow dynamic mechanic model was developed.According to dynamic testing results,the relative errors between simulation results and design data were less than 5%.Dynamic responses such as system start-up,system running,system shutdown and troubleshooting were identified.The system hosted great value of training and testing.
