摘要
研究模糊综合评价系统中合理的指标权重确定问题。针对传统的层次分析法中存在标准不足、判断时的不确定性和模糊性,为了提高合理性和真实性,提出一种算法用三标度法及最优传递矩阵来构造高准确度的判断矩阵,避免了对判断矩阵的一致性检验和调整。以大学生就业能力评价的层次性、模糊性为例,提出基于改进层次分析法和高斯隶属函数的模糊综合评价方法对就业能力进行评价,减少评价的主观性。通过与标准层次分析法的计算结果比较表明,改进后的层次分析法计算量减少同时又保证结论的正确性,使权重确定更加合理和真实,为进一步的评价决策提供科学依据。
The reasonable index weight determination in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system is studied.The problem in traditional AHP method has the deficiency of standards and the complex inspection,and its solution with three-scale method and optimal transfer matrix to construct a highly accurate judgments matrix is proposed to enables the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to solve the judgment uncertainty and fuzziness well,and to avoid judging the matrix consistency test and adjustment.The hierarchy and fuzziness of university students' employability evaluation are as an example,it puts forward that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of employability based on improved AHP method and the Gauss membership function can reduce the subjectivity of evaluation.The result of comparison with traditional AHP shows that the improved AHP method reduces calculating amount and ensure the correctness of the conclusion,so that the weight determination is more reasonable.It provides the scientific basis for the further appraisal decision-making.
