摘要
在研究模拟移动床吸附分离技术应用于芳烃分离过程中,对-二甲苯分离工艺应用最为广泛。通过建立移动床装置的动态仿真模型,提高系统的精度和性能,为设计对-二甲苯分离工艺的实时动态仿真软件提供了可靠的模型依据。在模型分析过程中,采用新的思路,通过独立分析工艺策略和控制策略,合理划分模型子系统,分别建立了工艺子系统模型和控制子系统模型,并对移动床操作过程进行了准确地动态仿真。仿真结果与工艺设计值拟合良好,能够准确反映出装置正常运转时组分浓度随塔高分布变化的状况,充分说明了数学模型的正确性,实现了模拟移动床的动态性能。
The adsorption separation technology of simulated moving bed is mainly used aromatics separation process in industry,in which p-xylene separation process is most widely used.The purposes of this paper is that a reliable model is provided for the design of real-time dynamic simulation software in P-xylene separation process by establishing a dynamic simulation model in simulated moving bed unit.This paper adopted a new theory to independently analyze technology strategy and control strategy.The model of technology subsystem and control subsystem was established through the rational division of model subsystem.The model can accurately simulate the dynamic process of simulated moving bed.Model results and process design values were fitting well,which accurately reflected the distribution of species concentration under the normal operation of the tower.Therefore,it fully demonstrated the correctness of the mathematical model.
