多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌16S rRNA甲基化酶基因研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查临床分离多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌中介导氨基糖苷类高水平耐药的16S rRNA甲基化酶基因armA、rmtA、rmtB的流行情况。方法收集台州市中心医院、台州市立医院两家多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌128株,用K-B法测定18种抗菌药物;采用琼脂稀释法测定4种氨基糖苷类药物MIC值;PCR检测armA、rmtA、rmtB 3种16S rRNA甲基化酶基因,克隆测序明确基因型。结果 128株菌株中44株检出armA基因,检出率为34.3%,未检出rmtA、rmtB基因阳性菌株。结论台州地区鲍曼不动杆菌检测出16S rRNA甲基化酶armA基因,所有16S rRNA甲基化酶基因阳性菌株除了对氨基糖苷类高度耐药,还对其他多种抗菌药物呈多重耐药性。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of 16S rRNA methylases genes,armA,rmtA and rmtB,which mediate high level aminoglycoside resistance in Acinetobacter baumannii isolates.METHODS A total of 128 Multidrug-resistant strains of bacter baumannii were collected from 2 hospitals of Taizhou.The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)were examined by agar dilution method.Three 16S rRNA methylase genes,armA,rmtA and rmtB,were detected by PCR.PCR products were purified and sequenced.RESULTS The positive rates of armA were 34.3% from 128 Multidrug-resistant strains of bacter baumannii,no rmtA,rmtB gene was detected.CONCLUSION ArmA producing Acinetobacter baumannii isolates are detected in Taizhou.which can mediate high-level resistance to aminoglycosides,but also the multiple-resistances to other many kinds of antibiotics.
