艾迪注射液联合鸦胆子油乳剂腹腔内注射治疗肝癌恶性腹腔积液临床分析

Treatment of AiDi injection combined with brucea javanice oil emulsion in liver cancer with malignant peritoneal effusion

目的观察艾迪注射液联合鸦胆子油乳剂腹腔内注射治疗肝癌恶性腹腔积液的疗效。方法将56例肝癌恶性腹腔积液患者随机分为两组,艾迪联合鸦胆子油乳剂治疗组和5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)对照组,艾迪联合鸦胆子油乳剂治疗组每周一次腹腔内注射,对照组采用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)腹腔内注射,每周一次。两组均最多不超过4次,观察疗效及毒副反应。结果艾迪联合鸦胆子油乳剂治疗组总有效率高于对照组,副作用发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾迪联合鸦胆子油乳剂治疗肝癌恶性腹腔积液疗效好、副作用轻,患者易于接受。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the efect of AiDi combined with Brucea javanice oil emulsion in Liver Cancer with Malignant peritoneal effusion.METHODS Fifty-six cases with Liver Cancer with Malignant peritoneal effusion were divided into two equal groups randomly,the control group（CG）treated with 5-FU and experimental group（EG）treated with AiDi combined Brucea javanice oil emulsion.Both CG and EG were injected once a week,no more than 4 weeks,to study the effect and side effect.RESULTS The effective rate of EG was statistically higher and the rate of side effect of EC was statistically lower than CG（P0.05）.CONCLUSION It is of higher effect,lower side effect and acceptability for AiDi combined with Brucea javanice oil emulsion to treat pleural efusion of lung adenocarcinoma.
