思密达治疗新生儿咽下综合征的疗效观察

Observing the treatment effect of smecta on neonatal swallowing syndrome

目的观察思密达在治疗新生儿咽下综合征的效果。方法将2009年6月至2010年2月本院新生儿病房的90例新生儿咽下综合征患儿,随机分为治疗组(思密达组),对照组1(洗胃组)及对照组2(禁食组)各30例。治疗组(思密达组)口服思密达。观察止吐时间,判断疗效。结果口服思密达组与洗胃组疗效显著,与禁食组相比有显著差异性(P<0.01),口服思密达组与洗胃组之间无明显差异性(P>0.05)。口服思密达组无任何明显副作用出现。结论对比治疗表明,思密达口服治疗新生儿咽下综合征疗效满意,无明显副作用,值得在临床上推广。

OBJECTIVE Observing the treatment effect of smecta on neonatal swallowing syndrome.METHODS 90 cases of swallowing syndrome infants,which were born in our hospital neonatal wards from June 2009 to February 2010,were randomly divided into treatment group（smecta treatment group）,control group 1（gastric lavage group）and control group 2（fasting group）in average.Observe the antiemetic time and judge the treatment effect in the three groups.RESULTS The treatment effect in the treatment group and control group 1 was significant,comparing to control group 2 there was significant differences（P0.01）.There was no significant difference between treatment group and control group 1（P0.05）.There was no obvious side effect on the treatment group.CONCLUSION The comparison treatment show that smecta oral have markedly effects on the treatment of infant swallowing syndrome,further more,there is no obvious side effects.So it is worth to use on the clinical application.
