补肾益精中药复方延缓雄性大鼠骨衰老作用的评价及其机制的推测 被引量:11

摘要 为评价补肾益精中药复方延缓雄性大鼠骨衰老的作用,探讨其延缓骨及机体衰老的机制,将 36 只 S D雄性大鼠随机分为24 月龄本底对照组、30 月龄增龄对照组、补肾益精中药复方低、补肾益精中药复方高剂量组,每组各9 只。低剂量组、高剂量组均自24 月龄给药至30 月龄。进行相应处理后分别测定各组大鼠左侧股骨近段、中段、远段的骨密度以及右侧股骨的弯曲载荷。结果显示补肾益精中药复方既能量效依赖性地延缓大鼠股骨各段骨密度的增龄性减少率,又能量效依赖性地延缓大鼠股骨弯曲载荷的增龄性降低率。表明补肾益精中药复方具有量效依赖性地延缓雄性大鼠骨衰老的作用。据此,推测该方是否可能是通过神经内分泌免疫网络的介导,从整体角度调整衰老机体肾虚精亏的异常。 In order to evaluate the delaying effect of Kidney invigorating and Essence supplementing Prescription (KIESP) on male rat bone aging and to infer the mechanism of KIESP delaying the bone aging and the whole body aging, 36 Spague Dawley male rats aged 24 months were randomly divided into four groups (9 each): the control group aged 24 months, the control group aged 30 months, high dose KIESP group (Group E1) and low dose KIESP group (Group E2). Groups E1 and E2 were treated by KIESP from 24 month age to 30 month age. After the corresponding treatment of all groups, the bone mineral density (BMD) in the left proximal, middle and distal femur and the bending load of the right femur were measured of all the groups. The results showed that KIESP could, in a dose effect dependent manner, delay not only the aging induced decreasing rate of BMD in the three femoral segments but also the aging induced reducing rate of the femoral bending load , suggesting that KIESP has a function of dose effect dependent delaying the male rat bone aging. In view of KIESP having another function to delay the brain aging, it was inferred that the prescription could, from the whole body, regulate the kidney asthesia and the essence deficiency in the aged body through the mediation of the nerve endocrine immunity net.
