摘要
为了研究动态环境下创业学习对成长绩效的作用机理,为新创企业运用创业学习构建核心能力,培育高效的学习机制,增进成长绩效提供借鉴.揭示了创业学习对新创企业成长绩效的作用机理,整合了创业学习通过经验知识、机会识别、问题解决、能力培育进而作用于成长绩效的路径关系.以中小型新创企业作为案例,通过问卷调查和问卷分析,对研究假设进行检验.结果表明:创业学习主要通过经验知识、机会识别和能力培育变量作用于成长绩效,并调节其与成长绩效的关系.最后探讨了该研究对推进新创企业成长的管理启示.
This study analyzes the role of entrepreneurial learning for new venture performance in a dynamic environment which offers reference for the new ventures to construct core competence,making use of learning,cultivating effective learning mechanisms,and in turn enhancing growth performance.Based on literature reviews,the role of entrepreneurial learning in new venture growth was revealed,and the path relationships of entrepreneurial learning,experiential knowledge,opportunity recognizing,problem-solving,capability culturing,and growth performance were integrated while putting forward several propositions.Using the new small and medium-sized ventures as examples to test hypotheses based on the questionnaire data,experience analysis demonstrated that entrepreneurial learning has an effect on growth performance through the variables of experiential knowledge,opportunity recognizing,and capability cultivating,and also moderates their relationships.Finally,the management enlightenments derived from research conclusions for the growth of new ventures were discussed.
