The Progress on the Carcinogenesis Mechanism of Aflatoxins

黄曲霉毒素为肝脏毒素,主要损害肝脏。介绍了黄曲霉毒素的种类、毒性,以及对人类和其他动植物的危害。并综述了近年来关于黄曲霉毒素引发DNA损伤与基因突变、对ras等癌基因与P53等抑癌基因的作用及与HBV联合致癌等致癌机理的最新研究进展。

Aflatoxin is one kind of the liver toxin,it mainly causes liver damage.The types of aflatoxin and its toxicity,as well as its harm against human and other animals and plants were introduced.With an emphasis in recent progress on DNA damage and gene mutation induced by aflatoxin,its affect on oncogenes（such as ras） and tumor suppressor genes（such as P53）,as well as on its co-carcinogenicity mechanism with HBV were reviewed.
