摘要
6-甲基-3-苄基脲嘧啶类化合物与硫酸二甲酯在无水碳酸钾作敷酸剂及N,N-二甲基甲酰胺作溶剂条件下室温反应,尿嘧啶环上1-位氢原子被甲基取代。合成了3种1,6-二甲基-3-苄基脲嘧啶类化合物,所合成的目标化合物均通过1H NMR和元素分析确证。生物活性测试表明该类化合物有一定的除草活性,化合物b浓度100μg/mL时对油菜根长生长抑制和稗草株高生长抑制具有较好的效果。
When 3-benzyl-6-methyluracil derivatives reacted with dimethyl sulfate with the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate,using N,N-dimethylformamide as solvent,1-position hydrogen of uracil ring was substituted by methyl.Three 3-benzyl-1,6-dimethyluracil derivatives were synthesized;and all compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and elementary analysis.The herbicidal activities of these compounds were examined;and the biological test showed that compound b had good anti Brassica napus and Echinochloa crusgalli(L.) Beauv.activity at the concentration of 100 μg/mL.
