摘要
采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以袋花忍冬总黄酮含量为考察指标,考察了乙醇体积分数、提取时间、乙醇用量、提取次数4个因素对提取量的影响。结果表明,袋花忍冬最佳提取工艺为10倍量70%乙醇提取两次,提取时间1 h。该工艺经重现性好,对进一步的工艺开发有较好的参考价值。
The extraction technology of total flavones from Lonicera saccata Rehd.was optimized by orthogonal design L9(34).Factors including ethanol concentration,reflux duration,ethanol quantity and extraction time were evaluated for their effects on extraction ratio.The best extraction technology was 10-fold 70% ethanol,1 h of reflux,and 2 times of extraction.This technology was stable,practical and worthy a trial in pharmaceutical production.
