本文分析了我国集成电路工业的现状及薄弱环节,探讨了加快我国集成电路工业发展需要解决的若干问题,从而归结出我国集成电路工业发展的总体构想。

Beginning with analysis on the status quo and weak points, of China's IC industry, this paper discusses a number of problems associated with the development of IC industry in China. From these analyses and discussions, a conceptual framework fox the development of China's IC industry originated.
