植物响应寒冷胁迫的CBF基因表达调控

摘要 文章综述了植物应答寒冷胁迫的基因表达调控研究及寒冷基因工程方面的研究进展。寒冷是植物生长发育过程中经常遇到的最严重的非生物胁迫之一。当植物遭遇寒冷环境时,通过信号转导进而激活许多寒冷胁迫应答基因的表达,在植物体内产生大量的特异蛋白,协同调节植物生理生化以及代谢的变化,从而提高植物对寒冷的耐性。
