股骨粗隆间骨折418例治疗分析

Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture in 418 Cases

目的 分析不同方法治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法 股骨粗隆间骨折 4 1 8例 ,其中非手术治疗 1 1 2例 ,手术治疗 3 0 6例。结果 与非手术组相比 ,手术组术后并发症发生率低 ,住院期死亡率低。经长期随访 ,手术组优良率为 88.8%,非手术组优良率为 85 .7%,两组间无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 手术治疗为首选的治疗方法。

Objective To analyse therapeutic effect of different methods for treating femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods Among 418 cases of intertrochanteric fracture,there were 112 cases treated with non operative methods and 306 cases with operative methods.Results Post operative complication and hospitalized mortality of operation group were lower than those of non operation group.The long term follow up survey showed that the excellent good rate of operation group was 88 8% and that of non operation group was 85 7%,without significant difference between these two groups (P>0 05).Conclusion Operation would be the first choice for treating femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
