蒙药毛勒日达布苏-4对酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝组织病理学改变的影响

目的:探讨蒙药毛勒日达布苏-4对酒精性肝病(ALD)大鼠肝组织病理学改变的影响。方法:采用W istar雄性大鼠90只,建立慢性酒精中毒动物模型,取肝右叶相同部位组织一小块,常规制片,切片厚度6μm、HE染色,在光镜下观察肝组织病理改变。结果:蒙药毛勒日达布苏-4可使ALD大鼠脂变肝细胞数量明显减少,脂变面积明显减小,脂变程度明显减轻。结论:蒙药毛勒日达布苏-4对酒精引起的慢性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。

Objective： To explore the Mongolian Maoleridabusu-4 pairs of alcoholic liver disease（ALD） pathological changes in rat liver tissue affected.Method： 105 Wistar male rats were divided into seven groups.Liquor gavage method used in the establishment of alcohol-induced liver damage model,and salt to four different doses of bright flavor soup,scattered protection.Detection of serum ALT,AST,HE staining of the pathological changes in liver.Results： Mongolian Medicine Maoleridabusu-4 enable ALD fatty change in rat liver cells significantly reduced,significantly reduced area of fatty change,fatty change is reduced significantly Conclusion： Traditional Mongolian Medicine Maoleridabusu-4 pairs of alcohol-induced chronic liver injury have some protective effect.
