摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定云南松松针中莽草酸的含量方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%磷酸水溶液(3:97),流速0.8m.lm in-1,检测波长214nm,柱温25℃。结果:莽草酸在0.0312-0.4368ug范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.97%,RSD为1.06%(n=6)。结论:此方法准确、简便,适用于云南松松针中莽草酸的定量分析。
Objective: To establish an analytical method of shikimie acid in pine needle of pinus yunnanensis by high performance liquid chromatographic method.Methods:Using Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),mobile phase wasmethanol-1%phosphoric acid solution(3:97),the flow rate was 0.8ml·min-1,the detection wavelength was 214 nm,column temperature was 25℃.Results: The result indicated good linearity over the range of 0.0312~0.4368ug with coefficients(r) of 0.9999,the average recorvery was 99.97%,RSD was 1.06%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is convenient and simple for the determination of shikimie acid in pine needle of pinus yunnanensis.
