浅谈医疗机构合理用药存在的问题及关键措施

合理用药是提高患者治疗效果、减少药物不良反应、节约医疗卫生资源、减轻患者及社会负担的重要举措。影响合理用药的因素很多,关键因素在于落实国家药物政策、规范医疗行为、加强药学服务等。由于80%以上的药品是在医院销售,医疗机构是药品使用的主要场所,合理用药涉及患者就医的各个环节。只有在医、药、护、患的共同努力下,才能最大限度地减少不合理用药现象发生。

To use the drugs reasonably is an important measure to improve the patients＇ curing results and reduce the drug adverse reactions,saving medical and health resources as well as easing the patients and social burden.There are many factors that have influence on rational drug use,the key factor to use the drugs rationally is to obey the national drug policy and standard the medical activities,strengthen the pcop and so on.Because more than 80 percent of the drugs are sold in the hospital and the main places to use the drugs are health care settings,rational drug use relates to many aspects of the patients in curing.Only under the concerted effort of the doctors,medical experts,nurses and the patients,it can reduce the facts of rational drug use.
