摘要
建立中药独活中总香豆素的含量测定的高通量的分析方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为320nm对中药独活药材中的总香豆素进行测定。结果:采用该方法可准确测定中药独活药材中总香豆素的含量,蛇床子素在3.0-60μg/mL范围内,吸光度与浓度的线性关系良好(r=0.9995),样品平均回收率为98.1%,精密度RSD为0.27%,稳定性RSD为0.9%(24h),重复性RSD为1.83%。结论:该方法简单、准确,可用于中药独活药材中总香豆素的含量测定。
An UV spectrophotometry for determining total coumarins in Radix Angelicae Pubescentis is established.The powder of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis is extracted by ultrasonic technology.The total coumar ins is detected at 320nm by UV spectrophotometry.T here is a good linear relationship within the range of 3-60 ug/ mL（r = 0.9991）.The relative standard deviation of accurate test and stability test are 0.17% and 0.37% respectively.The average recovery is 98.5%（n= 6） with RSD of 0.55%.The method issimple and accurate;and it can be used for determining of the total coumarins in Radix Angelicae Pubescentis.
