摘要
基于视觉技术提出了一种应用高速摄像机测量直升机旋翼共锥度的新方法,给出了系统总体的设计方案并对成像误差进行了分析.基于相似性准则,讨论了直升机动平衡旋翼台模型中关键部件参数的计算方法.提供一种简洁快速的摄像机内部参数标定方法.通过相关实验验证了标定算法的精度.围绕滤波与边缘检测技术设计了图像处理软件,实验结果表明测量系统误差精度在1.5mm内.
On the basis of vision technique, a new method for the helicopter rotor pyramid angles measurement system was proposed and the overall design scheme of the system was given. The ima- ging error was analyzed. Based on similarity criterion, the calculation methods for some critical com- ponents parameters of the helicopter dynamic balance test platform model were introduced. A concise and rapid calibration method for the camera intrinsic parameters and the algorithm method were intro- duced. The image processing software was designed based on the filter and edge detecting technology. Experimental results show that the accuracy of the measurement system' is within 1.5 mm.
