摘要
目的探讨LEEP刀治疗宫颈疾病的临床应用价值。方法分别对138例宫颈疾病患者行LEEP刀治疗和激光治疗并对二者结果进行分析比较。结果宫颈疾病LEEP刀治疗和激光治疗疗效有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论LEEP刀对宫颈疾病是一种非常理想的治疗方法，并有效阻断癌前病变发展为浸润癌。
Objective To investigate the clinical and application values of LEEP electrotome for the treatment of cervical disease. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 138 patients receiving treatment by LEEP electrotome and Laser respectively. Results The therapy results of LEEP eleetrotome were found to be statistically different from Laser results. Conclusion LEEP electrotome is a very ideal therapy of cervical disease and can block the development of precaneerosis to infiltrating carcinoma effectively.
