高血压脑出血治疗中尼莫地平的临床观察

目的：探讨尼莫地平治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法：选择高血压脑出血患者62例，随机平均分成两组，两组均给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用尼莫地平。比较两组患者治疗后水肿面积、血肿体积、神经功能缺损评分和总有效率等指标。结果：治疗组与对照组相比较，在水肿面积、血肿体积、神经功能缺损评分和总有效率等方面都有显著性差异，P〈0．05。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：尼莫地平治疗高血压脑出血，能促进脑血肿吸收和减轻脑水肿，具有明显的神经保护作用，疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Objective：Observation of the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with Nimodipine.Methods：62 cases selected randomly were divided into two group on average.The treatment group nsed nimodipine on the basis of conventional treat- ment,but the control group adopt conventional therapy.The edema area, hematoma volume,CSS score and the total efficiency were observed and compared between two groups as well as clinical efficacy.Results： Between the two was statistically significant,P 〈 0.05.The efficacy of the treatment group better than the control group.Conclusion：Nimodipine treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral hematoma can promote the absorption and cerebral edema, with significant neuroprotective effect is significant and is worthy of promotion.
