太极通天液防治偏头痛的双盲对照研究

STUDY ON THE EFFICACY OF TAIJI TONGTIANYE IN PREVENTION OF MIGRAINE

目的：观察太极通天液对偏头痛患者的防治效果。方法：采用双盲对照法观察１８０ 例偏头痛患者口服太极通天液和丹参口服液前后头痛的发作频度、持续时间及头痛指数的变化，观察期为３ 个月。结果：太极通天液组头痛指数在第１ 个月即显著下降（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ，头痛频度和持续时间也较丹参口服液组明显改善，均在３ 个月时达到满意的效果。结论：太极通天液为防治偏头痛的良好药物。

OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy of Taiji Tongtianye(an oral solution made out of traditional Chinese medicines)in prevention of migraine.METHODS:The double blind controlled study was conducted in 180 patients with migraine.They were allocated to receive Taiji Tongtianye or another oral solution made out of Salvis miltiorrhiza for a period of 3 months.RESULTS:The headache index was markedly reduced in the first month therapy with Taiji Tongtianye and the frequency and duration of attacks were also obviously improved in comparison with those treated with another oral solution made out of Salvis miltiorrhiza.Satisfactory results were obtained in both groups after 3 months treatment.CONCLUSION:Taiji Tongtianye may be a useful agent for treatment of migraine.
