几丁质再生室修复面神经缺损的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:寻求适合临床应用的可吸收性面神经修复材料。方法:用几丁质管作为人工再生室修复兔面神经颊支8mm缺损,观察神经再生及其功能恢复情况。结果:术后12、20周,实验组再生神经各项电生理指标和组织形态及超微结构指标与自体神经移植对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:可吸收性几丁质再生室能有效地引导面神经再生并恢复其功能,有一定的临床应用价值。 To search for an absorbent material suitable for the clinical repair of facial nerve. Methods: Chitin chambers were used to repair an 8mm gap of the buccal branches of facial nerve in rabbits. The morphological and functional recovery of the nerve regenerated was investigated in the 12th and 2Oth weeks following the implantaion of the chambers. Results: The difference between the experimental group and the nerve autograft control group in the e1ectrophysiological indices and morphometric analysis had no statistical significance (P >0. O5) in the two weeks. Conclusion: The absorbent chitin chamber can be used effectively to guide facial nerve regeneration and repair nerve defects. It is clinically practicable.
