Xin＇an River is a major waterway of Hangzhou to the Thousand Island Lake and the key to the westward development of Hangzhou Tourism. Based on the field reconnaissance and detailed analysis of the line of the hydrological system and landscape sequence, the design is committed to forming a water-related tourism chain that completely takes ＂natural resource＂ as the unique brand. The goal is to open up the water channel of Hangzhou to the Thousand Island Lake, to achieve westward development of Hangzhou Tourism. The advanced planning and design concepts of tourism chain make an integrated system including travel industry, architecture and cultural landscape.
