城乡一体化模型在城乡总体规划中的应用研究

传统城市规划中城市发展指标的确定有很大的人为主观性,基于城乡一体化协调发展,通过构建城乡一体化层次分析(URI-AHP Urban and Rural Integration Analysis Hierarchy Process)模型,合理选取模型结构和组成要素,确定河南漯河目前所处的城乡一体化阶段,以及该阶段城乡发展主要任务,进而确定城乡总体规划指标体系,城乡总体规划根据阶段任务和指标体系,确定中心城区规模和城乡协调发展目标。

While the deterroination of urban development index in traditional urban planning is very subjective. Based on the coordinative development of urban and rural integration, we reasonable select model structure and its elements by building URI-AHP Urban and Rural Integration Analysis Hierarchy Process model to determine the present Urban and Rural integration stage of Luohe, Henan province, this stage＇ s major tasks and then Urban-Rural overall planning index system. According to the stage tasks and the index system, we will determine the scale of core urban area and the goal of Urban and Rural＇ s coordinative development.
