摘要
在新一轮的发展中,深圳应该以敢为天下先的思想,再创新的高速发展模式,实现城市的转型发展和创新发展。但是,从目前深圳的"十二五"规划来看,其定位相对滞后,至少在城市整体定位和发展创新方面,没有体现新的"改革试验田"的地位与价值。面对世界经济发展的新格局,面对中国城市社会的来临和现代化的发展,深圳处于新的转型发展的社会结构变迁之中——深圳应该超前创新,为中国的现代化创造新的经验。
In the new round of development, Shenzhen should make new contributions on leading China to deepen its reform by the braveness of being the first. However, the positioning of Shenzhen from the 12th five-year plan is relatively lagging and does not reflect the position and value of new reforming test fields, especially on the areas of entire positioning and innovation and development. Faced with the new situation of world development and the modernization development bought by urban society, Shenzhen is in the transform and change of social structure Shenzhen should take the step first, forward and fast, thus creating new experience of Chinese modernization.
