论都市古村落保护与再生——以深圳市宝安区古村落为例

On the Conservation and Regeneration of Urban Ancient Villages: a Case Study of Ancient Villages in Baoan District, Shenzhen City

从民系文化角度分析深圳市宝安区古村落的形制特征,运用计量方法对宝安区古村落进行价值评估,在此基础上提出相应保护策略及开发利用模式,并根据民系文化划分了宝安区的传统文化展示片区。通过探讨宝安区都市古村落在城市更新改造中的保护与再生之道,为我国经济发达地区古村落保护工作提供参考。

This paper analyzes the shape characteristics of the ancient villages in Bao＇ an District, Shenzhen City which from the view of the ethnic system culture, assessing the valuation of the ancient villages by way of measurements, on this basis, it presents corresponding conservation strategies and the patterns of development and utilization, meanwhile the display regions of traditional culture in Bao＇ an District are divided according to the distribution of ethnic system culture. By discussing the mean to protect and regenerate the urban ancient villages in the process of urbanization in Bao＇ an District, it will provide reference to ancient villages conservation in economy-developed district.
