血小板功能特性质量检测方法学研究

Study on methodology for qualification of functional characteristics of blood platelets

目的建立血小板功能特性质量检测方法,保障血小板输注的质量和效果。方法抽检40份机采血小板常规形态学项目,并增加血小板聚集、黏附和Ca2+释放功能试验。结果 40份机采血小板中常规形态学、血小板黏附和Ca2+释放功能结果无差异,其中2份血小板聚集功能与另外38份有较大差异。结论 血小板在采集后除了检测常规形态学项目外,还应进行血小板功能试验。相关部门应建立血小板功能试验的方法和标准。

Objective To establish the method for determining functional characteristics of blood platelets for assuring the quality of platelets before infusion.Methods Forty platelet samples collected by instruments were randomly selected for this study.Routine morphological features were observerd.Functions of adhesion,aggregation and Ca2＋ release were also evaluated.Results As far as routine morphological examination,functions of adhesion and Ca2＋ release were concerned,there was no statistically significant difference among these 40 platelet samples.In regarding to the function of aggregation,there was an obviously statistically significant difference between two samples and other 38 samples.Conclusion Routine morphological examination of platelets should be observed after collection.In addition,the above-mentioned test items should be performed for evaluation of the function of platelets.
