四肢骨折患者中后期治疗临床效果与分析

Observation and analysis of clinical treatment of mid and late stage extremity fractures

目的观察与分析四肢骨折患者中后期治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选取80例四肢骨折患者且将其随机分为两组,即观察组(手术+中后期治疗组)和对照组(单纯手术组),并对所观察到的数据进行统计学处理与分析。结果两组患者关节活动程度及功能情况评分较治疗前均得以改善,同时观察组临床治疗效果及相关指标好于对照组,住院时间也明显短于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 四肢骨折的中后期治疗不但可以提高临床治疗效果,同时还能改善患者生活质量。

Objective The clinical outcomes of treatment of patients with limb fractures in mid and late stages were observed and analyzed.Methods Eighty patients with limb fractures were selected and randomly divided into two groups：observation group（operation＋the late treatment group） and control group（simple operation group）.The clinical data of patients were statistically analyzed.Results The degree of motion in joints and scores for functional condition in patients of these two groups were improved after treatment in comparison with those before treatment,while related indicators of treatment in patients of observation group were better than those of control group,and hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical results of treatment in patients with limb fractures in mid and late stages showed that the condition of patients is improved,and their quality of life is also raised.
