锁定加压钢板在治疗四肢骨折中的临床价值

Clinical significance of locking compression plate in treatment of fractures in extremities

目的探讨锁定加压钢板在治疗四肢骨折中的临床价值。方法选择2005年1月至2009年2月于我院骨科住院治疗的四肢骨折患者87例,均应用锁定加压钢板内固定法治疗。结果骨折平均愈合时间为(6.1±1.4)个月,且均未出现钢板断裂、骨不连等并发症;仅2例(2.3%)胫骨骨折患者出现钢板及螺钉轻微松动。采用Johner-Wru-hs功能评价标准优良率为95.3%(82/86)。结论 锁定加压钢板治疗四肢骨折具有创伤较小、固定牢固可靠、骨折愈合率较高及适应范围较广等优点,随着技术的不断发展,其临床应用前景必定十分广阔。

Objective To explore and discuss the clinical significance of minimally invasive percutaneous fixation with locking compression plate（LCP） for treatment of fractures in extremities.Methods Eighty seven patients with fractures in limbs admitted in orthopedic department of this hospital during January 2005 to February 2009 were selected for this study.All these patients were treated with LCP fixation method.Results The average healing time for fracture was（6.1±1.4） months,and plate fracture and bone complications had not been happened.Mild looseness of steel plate and screws had been happened only in 2 cases（2.3%） of tibial fracture.The excellent rate in evaluation with Johner-Wruhs Function Standard was 95.3%（82/86）.Conclusion The application of locking compression plate is less invasive,firm fixable and reliable.The healing rate of fractured joints is high and it can be adapted to broader range for application.Following the development of technology,its clinical application is surely promising.
