踝臂脉搏波传导速度对冠状动脉病变的预测价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨踝臂脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)对冠心病(CHD)的预测价值。方法根据冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果将484例患者分为CHD组(216例)和非CHD组(268例),均完善病史采集、生化检查及baPWV检测。观察冠脉病变支数与baPWV的关系。结果①CHD组和非CHD组baPWV分别为(1 875.4±287.4)cm/s和(1 268.4±285.4)cm/s,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②单支血管病变组、双支血管病变组和三支血管病变组的baP-WV值分别为(1 479.5±276.3)cm/s、(1 890.6±345.3)cm/s和(2 517.7±375.5)cm/s,两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 baPWV随着冠脉病变程度的增加而增大,是预测CHD较为敏感的指标。它可作为临床筛查CHD的常规无创检查之一,临床值得推广。
