摘要
将转录因子ERF IV家族基因TaERFL1构建在由组成型CaMV35S强启动子控制的双子叶转化载体pBI121上,通过农杆菌介导法将其转入烟草新华1号。以转TaERFL1基因烟草为材料,研究ERF基因对烟草耐盐性的影响,并测定盐胁迫下转基因烟草的叶绿素含量。结果显示,在高盐胁迫下,TaERFL1基因的过表达促进了转基因烟草根系的发育和植株的生长,提高了转基因烟草的叶绿素含量,提高了转基因植株的耐盐性。
TaERFL1, which belongs to ERF IV subfamily,was induced in wheat by abiotic and biotic stresses.Transgenic vector(pBI121::TaERFL1) was constructed, which contained CaMV35S promoter.Transgenic tobacco plants were obtained by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.Salt-tolerance and chlorophyll content in transgenic tobacco plant were investigated.Results showed that overexpression of TaERFL1 promoted the development of roots and growth of plants,and increased chlorophyll content under salt environments.Overexpression of TaERFL1 enhanced salt tolerance in tobacco plants and can be used for improvement of plant resistance.
