学位论文作为重要的信息资源,其利用受到广泛重视,但版权问题一直是开发利用的障碍。以复旦大学的学位论文泄密事件为研究视角,探讨学位论文版权管理的现状和问题,对学位论文开发利用中的版权管理提出了可操作的建议。

As an important information resource,dissertation＇s use has been of wide importance,however,copyright issues become an obstacle to its development and utilization.The paper discusses the dissertation copyright management on the basis of analysis the FUDAN university leak incident and gives several actionable recommendations for dissertation development and utilization.
