涉农商贸经营性人才培养模式研究

On the Talent Training Mode of the Management of Agricultural Business and Trade

随着社会主义市场经济的发展和新农村建设的全面铺开,市场上对能帮助农村、农产品企业推广产品、研究成果的人才需求旺盛,高职院校应该顺应这一趋势,依托自身优势,结合地域特色,积极发展涉农商贸经营类人才培养专业。主要分析了当前涉农商贸经营性人才的培养现状并在此基础上提出了三种涉农商贸经营性人才的培养模式以及培养人才的素质和技能所需开设的课程,以期更好地为社会输送合格人才,为新农村建设贡献力量。

With the rapid growth of the socialist market economy and new countryside construction,talents helping the countryside enterprises promote their products and research achievements are quite popular in the human resource market.Thus the higher vocational colleges,with their strong competitive edges,should take the advantage of this situation to actively develop their specialties involving agricultural business and trade and form relevant talent training mode,dedicating to the new countryside construction with qualified talents.
