高校工会专职干部队伍建设,一直不受重视。时至今日,专职干部队伍现状令人堪忧。全面履行工会职责迫切需要优化工会干部队伍结构,新形势新任务为优化工会干部队伍提供了大好时机,高校良好的人力资源环境为优化工会干部队伍带来了便利,创设了条件,因此,优化高校工会专职干部队伍已成为必须。

The construction of full-time cadre teams in labor union of colleges and universities of higher learning has not been taken seriously.Until today,the present state of full-time cadre teams is not optimal.Completely performing labor union＇s duty urgently needs to optimize the cadre team structure in labor union,the new situation and new task affords good chance for optimizing the cadres,and the good labor power resource environment brings convenience and creates condition for optimizing the cadres.Therefore,optimization on full-time cadre teams in labor union of colleges and universities of higher learning has become necessary.
