3株猪红斑丹毒丝菌湖南株的分离与鉴定 被引量:13

Isolation and Identification of Three Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae Strains from Hunan Province

摘要 从湖南3个不同地区的临床疹块型猪病病例中,分离获得3株能在2 d内致死小白鼠,1~4 d内致死鸽的革兰氏阳性菌,生化鉴定和16S rDNA PCR测序鉴定结果显示3株分离菌均为猪红斑丹毒丝菌,药敏试验显示,3株猪红斑丹毒丝菌均对青霉素等耐药,对恩诺沙星等敏感。 Three Gram positive bacterial were isolated from pig's infectious diseases in three regions of Hunan province.Three isolated bacterium could causing mouse death in 2 days and causing pigeon death in 4 days.The results of biochemistry identify and 16S rDNA PCR sequencing showed that the three isolated bacterium were Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae.Susceptibility test showed they were resistant to Penicilin and so on,but sensitive to Enrofloxacin etetera.
