摘要
社区民间组织管理者职业化的薄弱是社区民间组织发展的"短板"。针对社区民间组织管理者职业化发展中的优势与劣势、外部机会与威胁,城市社区民间组织管理者职业化发展应坚定理念,建构运行机制,搭建培训平台,营造职业化氛围。
The weakness of the professionalization of civil organization administrators in urban communities is the short plank of the urban community civil organization development.As to the professionalization development,it is necessary for them to be committed to the concept,build the operation mechanism,establish the training platform,and create the atmosphere of professionalization on account of the advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threat they are faced to in the professionalization development.
