宫腔镜下输卵管口插管疏通术与传统通液术治疗不孕症中的疗效对比分析

The Comparative Clinical Effect of Tubal Catheterization and Injection under Hysteroscopy and Traditional Catheterization used for Patients with Barrenness

目的对比宫腔镜下输卵管口插管疏通术与传统通液术治疗不孕症的临床效果。方法 100例不孕症患者作为研究对象被随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组给予宫腔镜下输卵管口插管疏通术治疗,对照组给予传统通液术治疗。结果实验组并发症率,输卵管通畅率和妊娠率等指标均显著优于对照组,显示了更好的临床效果。结论宫腔镜下输卵管口插管疏通术可降低术中并发症,提高疏通率和妊娠率,值得广大患者考虑。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of tubal catheterization and injection under hysteroscopy and traditional catheterization used for patients with barrenness.Methods 100 cases of patients with barrenness as studied object were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group was given therapy of traditional catheterization,and experimental group was given therapy of tubal catheterization and injection under hysteroscopy,Results The complications rate.Expedite rate and pregnancy rate of experimental group were significantly better than that of control group.Conclusions Tubal catheterization and injection under hysteroscopy used for barrenness can decease the complications and enhance the expedite rate and pregnancy rate so it deserved considering.
