摘要
目的分析屈肌腱粘连松解术的临床疗效。方法 2004年1月至2010年6月对115例屈肌腱粘连患者进行屈肌腱松解手术。其中男72例,女43例,平均37.9岁;切割伤55例,肌腱撕裂伤31例,断指再植20例,肌腱移植9例。肌腱修复术后6个月以上行屈肌腱粘连松解术,术后辅助康复锻炼。结果所有病例随访3~6个月,评价手指总的主动活动度（TAM）,优良率81.74%。结论屈肌腱粘连松解术是解决肌腱粘连的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of flexor tenolysis.Methods 115 cases of flexor tendon adhesion were treated with flexor tenolysis from January 2004 to June 2010,which included 72 male cases and 43 female cases,averaged 37.9 years old.55 cases were caused by cutting injury,31 cases were caused by tendon avulsion,20 cases were caused by finger replantation,and 9 cases were caused by tendon transplantation.At 6 months after tendon repairing,all cases were treated with flexor tenolysis,assisted with rehabilitation exercise.Results All cases were followed up for 3 to 6 months.According to standard TAM evalution system,the postoperative excellent ratio was 81.74%.Conclusion Flexor tenolysis may be an effective means of solving tendon adhesion.
