后路短节段固定联合伤椎置钉在胸腰段脊柱骨折中的应用

The Application of Short Segment Posterior Fixation with Pedicle Screws in the Thoracic Vertebral Spine Fracture

目的观察后路短节段固定联合伤椎置钉在治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折中的近期临床效果。方法对收治的43例胸腰段脊柱骨折患者采用后路短节段内固定联合伤椎置钉方法进行治疗,对患者术前及术后椎体高度及后凸角度分别进行测定并比较。结果本组患者手术均较成功,无1例出现术后并发症,椎体高度及后凸角度较治疗前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论后路短节段固定联合伤椎置钉治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折手术创伤小,可达到良好的复位效果,有效纠正后凸畸形,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the fixed joint posterior a short-segment vertebral buy nails in the treatment of wounds and waist segment spine fracture of recent clinical effects.Methods Select admitted 43 patients with thoracic spine fracture were treated by lumbav posterior short segment joint injury fixation method for treatment of vertebral buy nails,preoperative and postoperative patients with vertebral body height and determination of the protruding after Angle and compare respectively.Results All patients were more successful,without surgical complications occurred,altitude and vertebral bodies than before treatment of the protruding after Angle improved markedly,difference have statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Fixed joint posterior a short-segment thoracic vertebra buy nailing for injured lumbav spine fracture surgical trauma small,can achieve favorable repositioning effect,effectively corrected protrusion deformity,and clinical spread the use of it.
