宫腔镜诊治子宫纵隔12例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 12 Cases of Hysteroscopy Treatment for Uterine Mediastinal

目的探讨和评价宫腔镜诊断和治疗子宫纵隔的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析超声辅助下应用宫腔镜对12例子宫纵隔患者的诊治方法和效果。结果其中不完全纵隔10例,完全纵隔2例。12例患者均顺利完成宫腔镜子宫纵隔电切术,手术时间15~40min,平均35min,术中出血20~98mL,平均出血45mL,住院时间5~6d,平均5.5d。无子宫穿孔等严重并发症的发生。其中有5例患者术后完成足月妊娠,占随访的41.67%。结论宫腔镜在超声监视下是诊断及治疗子宫纵隔的较为理想的方法。

Objective To explore and evaluate the method and curative effect of diagnosis and treatment of uterine mediastinum with hysteroscopy.Methods Retrospectively analyzed diagnosis methods and effects of 12 patients with uterine mediastinal by hysteroscopy and ultrasonic auxiliary.Results There were 10 cases of completely,2 cases of mediastinal.12 patients were successfully completed the hysteroscopy uterine mediastinal electricity cut method,the timing of the operation is 15~40min,average 15~40min,the intraoperatie bleeding was about 20~98ml,average bleeding was 45ml,hospitalization time 5~6d,an average of 5.5d.Without uterine perforation of serious complications.There are five patients completed full-term pregnancy,accounting for postoperative follow-up of 41.67%.Conclusions Hysteroscopy in ultrasonic monitoring is an ideal method of diagnosis and treatment of uterine mediastinum.
