前列腺巨大纤维瘤1例报道并文献复习

Huge Fibroma of the Prostate and Review of Literature(Report of 1 Case)

目的分析前列腺巨大纤维瘤的临床表现、病理特点及诊治要点。方法总结前列腺巨大纤维瘤资料,患者男性,67岁。因排尿不畅6年,加重20d入院。CT提示:前列腺增大,并周围多发肿块,考虑前列腺癌并邻近转移可能性大,尿道海绵体部异常密度,增强后环状强化,系感染可能。行经尿道前列腺电切术。结果病理检查提示:梭形细胞瘤样增生伴少量前列腺腺体出血、坏死。术后排尿改善明显。结论前列腺巨大纤维瘤少见,完全切除困难,易复发。确诊需依赖病理检查、免疫组织化学等。经尿道前列腺电切后排尿症状改善明显。

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations,pathological features and treatment points of the huge fibrous tumor of prostate.Methods The case of the huge fibrous tumor of prostate was reviewed retrospectively.Patient was 67 years old in hospital because of voiding difficulty in 6 years and the 20 days gradually.CT Hint： enlarged prostate,and multiple tumors around,to consider the likelihood of metastatic prostate cancer and adjacent to large corpus spongiosum of abnormal density,enhanced ring-like enhancement,infection possible.Transurethral resection of prostate.Results Pathological examinations showed： spindle cell tumor-like proliferation of the prostate gland with a small amount of hemorrhage and necrosis.Improved significantly urination after surgery.Conclusions Huge fibroma of the prostate is rare,difficult to resect completely and easy to relapse.Diagnosis is dependent on pathological examination and immunohistochemistry.After TURP improved voiding symptoms.
