充血性心力衰竭BNP水平与心功能关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析充血性心力衰竭患者血浆BNP水平与心功能的关系及预后。方法选取益阳市人民医院收治的65例充血性心力衰竭患者,同时选取60例健康的中老年体检者作对比,分析不同心功能级别和充血性心力衰竭患者与健康体检者血浆BNP水平差异。结果患病组血浆BNP水平明显高于健康组(P<0.05);心功能级别越高BNP水平越高,不同级别间存在差异(P<0.05)。结论血浆BNP水平是充血性心力衰竭患者的表现,也是疾病严重程度的反应,临床可以此为诊断和判断预后的指标。
