护理干预对院外高血压患者的影响

Nursing Intervention on the Influence of Hypertension Patients Outside the Hospital

目的探讨护理干预对院外高血压病患者的影响。方法 2008年1月至2009年12月,在滨州市结核病防治院体检、门诊以及住院人群中选择符合2009年基层版《中国高血压防治指南》制定的原发性高血压标准,SBP≥145mmHg或(和)DBP≥95mmHg患者530例作为研究对象。通过电话、走访以及电脑视频、电子邮件等方式进行护理干预,干预以1年为期进行分析,其内容是:宣教防治高血压病的知识,纠正不健康的生活方式、不规范的用药、情绪不稳定等。结果除情绪不稳定(P>0.05)外,其余经干预结果满意(P<0.01),血压下降有效率达87.55%。结论护理干预对院外高血压患者效果良好。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention effects of hypertension patient outside the hospital.Methods From January 2008 to December 2009,medical,otpatient,in binzhou TB control courtyard and hospitalization crowd option meets 2009 grassroots edition of the china high blood pressure control for primary hypertension guidelines of the SBP≥145mmHg standard,or（and） DBP≥95mmHg 530 cases with as the research object.Through the telephone or personal computer video,e-mail and wait for means to undertake nursing intervention for intervention to 1 year,analysis,and its content is： mission control hypertension knowledge,correct unhealthy lifestyles,non-standard drugs,emotionally unstable,and so on.Results In addition to emotionally unstable（P0.05） outside,the rest satisfactory results by intervention（P0.01）,blood pressure drops businesslike amount to 87.55%.Conclusion For outside the hospital nursing intervention hypertension effect is good.
